The Albion Salt Storage Facility was completed just in time for the first snow fall as we head into a Wisconsin winter. The new 14,000 sft facility was constructed in just 7 months. The building is an astonishing 82’ wide, with enough space to store 10,000 tons of salt for the town of Albion and surrounding areas.

This year marked our 4th annual Funner Niner! The FUN Golf Mixer features 9 holes of golf with lots of Games and Prizes. It was a beautiful day on September 19th at Pleasant View Golf Course with a record number of 180 golfers and 26 company sponsors! Our best year yet!

Take a photo tour of the new and improved Zimbrick BMW! Now located at 320 W Beltline Hwy, Madison. This new location offers Zimbrick BMW a bright and fresh revitalization with a magnificent large showroom and the convenience of being located just off of the beltline.

WOW! Check out the trusses going up at Albion Salt Storage! The trusses are being assembled in batches and are set in place by crane. Each truss is made up of 4 pieces to span the buildings 82’ width! Roofing and siding should be starting in two to three weeks with substantial completion slated for September 5th! This 13,500 sqft Salt Shed will provide salt for the roads in the town of Albion and neighboring areas including I-39 for our icy Wisconsin winters!

Take a photo tour of the new Stoughton Public Works Facility in Stoughton, WI. The facility is more than 58,000 sqft with a 14,000 sqft cold storage facility and just over 2,500 sqft salt storage.

In March 2019 we started construction on a nearly 14,000 sqft 10,000 ton salt storage building for the Town of Albion through the Dane County Department of Public Works, Hwy & Transp. This project is located in Edgerton, WI and is expected to finish this summer.

Lots of progress happening at Wisconsin Kenworth! The footings and foundation were just completed with underground electrical and plumbing work to start in the parking lot and within the building area.

Did you know that we renovated the historic Hyer Hall located at UW-Whitewater? Back in 1970 Hyer Hall was the only piece of the Old Main building to survive a large fire. Later in 1997 we renovated the building in order to allow for larger classrooms, upgraded utilities and more. Hyer Hall is now the oldest and only original building left at UW-Whitewater.

Wondering what was going to happen to the old Zimbrick Hyundai location (320 W Beltline Hwy)? The old Hyundai is being renovated to become a new and improved Zimbrick BMW location. The current BMW location will then become a new and improved Audi location! Construction for Audi will start early May 2019!

Coming soon to Onalaska/ La Crosse, WI a new state-of-the-art Wisconsin Kenworth (CSM Companies) location! We are proud to be partnering with CSM Companies for the first time for our first construction project to be located in Onalaska, WI! We hope you are as excited as we are!

MSA was officially completed last month! Check out our finished interior photos! In these photos you can see how the middle of the building has a raised roof that allows everyone to get natural sun light in their offices. We also have some beautiful conference rooms and unique reception desk.

Only finishing touches left at Stoughton Public Works! This new city facility will allow much more room for equipment and vehicles, a larger salt shed and more storage as well as providing an updated safe facility for the workers. How large exactly is the facility? Huge! The facility is more than 58,000 sqft with a 14,000 sqft cold storage facility and just over 2,500 sqft salt storage (which is definitely needed here in Wisconsin!). Move in happens in less than two weeks. Exciting to see the final product after all the hard work our team has put into it!

We are excited to announce that we just finished work on expanding Strohm Ballweg's suite in Middleton, WI. They gained 2,700 sq/ft with this expansion! Glad to see them growing and thriving here in the Madison, WI area.

We are battling the elements at Zimbrick Hyundai! Winter is approaching fast with no mercy given to the construction industry. Luckily we are wrapping up things here so will not be battling the cold for much longer. We will be finishing for turnover in the next few weeks!

Beautiful morning at MSA Professional services. Steel erection is now complete, cold form stud framing is almost done with interior stud work being done starting next week and MEP Rough-Ins starting in about three weeks! Lots of great progress happening here!

Amazing work going on at MSA Professional Services! The parking lot is practically done and the steel work is going up fast! While it might be cloudy the fall colors are looking great here in Madison, WI.

Lots of underground work has been going on at MSA Professional Services, Inc. this past month including site utilities, excavation and parking lot grading. The concrete foundation is now in place and steel is going up! Steel will continue to go up through mid November. The site concrete sidewalks will also be done by then. Lots of exciting progress that has happened throughout September and October!

We are proud to announce that we will be assisting Reach Dane with the remodeling of their Head Start Child Care Facility here in Madison, WI!

We had another fun and successful night this year at the Madison Hard Hats With Heart event, where we celebrated the life-saving work of the American Heart Association in our community.

We are proud to have MSA Professional services as a partner and for their new building to be a designBUILD process.
