Kollege Town Sports New Facility

    It’s hard to believe that Kollege Town Sports is already moving in to their ‘new digs’. Located on Bristol Street in Sun Prairie, their new 100,000 square foot facility commands an impressive presence. Follow along and watch it get built from the ground-up!

    Back in November of 2016, we were still completing the bare-bones and foundation of this gigantic facility. Our drone videos really highlight just how large some of these properties truly are. The epic electronic music is simply a bonus.


    Over the following weeks and months, a lot of progress was made as we began to enclose the facility. Winter is no friend to our schedules!

    Here you can see us hard at work on the exterior, adding a little red to make their new home pop!

    Just a couple short months later, our friends at Kollege Town Sports were already moving in to their new facility! Our deepest and more sincere thanks go out to everyone involved with this amazing project.

    International Autos Volkswagen Completion

    The recently completed International Autos Volkswagen is open for business! The newly built 21,680 sft open concept dealership features ten service bays, a new car delivery area and lounge where customers can enjoy light refreshments. The sleek new building has an abundance of natural light, luxury tile flooring throughout and illuminated signage at the front exterior of the building.
